Welcome back to Taylor Talks!
I know that I write about my job a lot, but can I just say how incredibly happy I am in my position? I am honestly so lucky to be working with this fantastic group of people, because I can pass the time by laughing and chatting with my team members as we accomplish the job in front of us.
I know that I write about my job a lot, but can I just say how incredibly happy I am in my position? I am honestly so lucky to be working with this fantastic group of people, because I can pass the time by laughing and chatting with my team members as we accomplish the job in front of us.
I had hoped that I would make friends at my new job, but you just never know what you're getting into... I'm thrilled to be in a position where I enjoy the company of my co-workers, get along with the managers, and have the opportunity to make people happy each and every day!
I was also lucky enough to get my own happy news today, before I even left the house this morning! My mom's uncle is a snow bird, and just got down here to Florida. I was excited for him to get here because I knew that we were going to make plans to see him. What I didn't know was that his son, my mom's cousin, was coming down with him to help him get settled. I absolutely love seeing my mom's cousin because he's a genuinely great guy. He lives out in California, so we don't get to see him often, but he's always so invested in our lives when we see him. He always supports whatever I'm doing and I'm really excited that he's here. We're going to see both my mom's uncle and her cousin next week, so I'm counting down the days!
Though I absolutely love my job and had a wonderful day, I'm completely wiped out now and can't wait to sit for a while tomorrow. I'm slowly getting used to this new schedule, and luckily my feet aren't hurting so much anymore, but I'm definitely still worn out by the end of my work week! Have a great night everyone!
