We're on week six of staying home since Disney World closed its doors and week one of our official furlough from the company. It seems like we just closed, and yet like we've been home for months, all at the same time.

Last week, in my recap of life since I took a break from blogging, I mentioned that I'm currently pursuing my Master's Degree in Professional Creative Writing. I'm in my third class and have gained so much since starting the program.

Okay, okay, so I still haven't set an actual blogging schedule or anything, but I did have some really cool news to share, so I figured that this is the perfect place to do it.

Wow, it has been over two years since I've posted on this blog. I can't believe it. What started out as a daily blog turned into a weekly blog, and at some point it just became too much to do on a regular basis... or at all I guess.

​I never planned to stop blogging. In fact, after I hadn't posted in a while, I just took the blog down and said that my website was "down for maintenance" because I figured I could fix it up a bit, give it a makeover, and start up again. Sadly, that just didn't happen.
