Picture Perfect Expectations

But sometimes, even when it doesn't turn out exactly as you pictured it would, you enjoy it anyway? Well that's exactly what happened tonight when my mom and I watched "Grease: Live" on Fox.

As a Guest at Disney World, if you've ever been able to visit, you've probably met quite a few nice Cast Members. It's expected that we (I love that I'm included in this) go out of our way to ensure that Guests have a Magical experience while visiting. But now that I'm a Cast Member myself, I realize that it isn't just part of the job. Cast Members are truly nice people.

Welcome back to Taylor Talks!

Last week, I think that I mentioned the fact that I was looking forward to watching the tenth anniversary airing of one of my favorite old movies, "High School Musical." It played on Disney Channel this past Wednesday, celebrating the milestone that seems too big to have occurred already. Well today, I finally had the opportunity to watch the movie after taping it the other day, and I felt very nostalgic as I watched.

My family started doing foster care when I was three years old. We took in nineteen children over the course of eighteen years, with our last placement leaving in December 2014. I'm the only biological child in my family, though my parents adopted five of my siblings.

I love to share my perspective on the foster care system and share how my unique upbringing shaped my life.

I'm also a Cast Member at Walt Disney World and lover of all things Disney! My career allows me the opportunity to find a little bit of Magic in life every day.
