A big milestone is coming up in the Krigsman household. It's pretty much all that's been on my mind lately, so I thought that I would talk about it here.

Today was a big day in my family. It was especially important for my little brother, who isn't quite so little anymore. Welcome back to Taylor Talks!
Has anyone seen those Facebook memories that pop up every once in a while? I love getting my Facebook memories, but my mom can't seem to make hers appear for her! I guess not everyone has access to those memory notifications, but if you're lucky enough to have access, these memories can be fun to look through. Welcome back to Taylor Talks!
Last week, I wrote about the tradition that my family has with getting new ornaments for the Christmas tree each year. After receiving a comment about what a wonderful tradition it is, I wanted to discuss it more and talk about how this tradition has evolved over the years. Welcome back to Taylor Talks!

Today is a special day on which we remember my grandpa: his birthday. Welcome back to Taylor Talks!
With all of the unpacking we've been doing since moving into our new house, we sometimes come across old stuff that brings back memories. Today, my mom was going through a ton of old paperwork, and she happened to find some papers related to foster care. One paper in particular caught my attention and reminded me of a foster sister who once lived with us. |
AboutMy family started doing foster care when I was three years old. We took in nineteen children over the course of eighteen years, with our last placement leaving in December 2014. I'm the only biological child in my family, though my parents adopted five of my siblings.
I love to share my perspective on the foster care system and share how my unique upbringing shaped my life. I'm also a Cast Member at Walt Disney World and lover of all things Disney! My career allows me the opportunity to find a little bit of Magic in life every day. I enjoy sharing my journey as a writer as well. Find my children's books on Amazon and keep following my blog for updates on future books that I'll be releasing! Archives
