My Sister

Welcome back to Taylor Talks!

Today, I thought I’d share a little writing I did about my sister.

Babies are standing at her feet with books to be read. Toys litter the floor, evidence of a good time had by all. She talks to the little ones and takes care of them, even though they don’t really need anything at the moment. She throws a dog toy and laughs as both dogs jump for it. She’s happy just sitting on the floor amongst the chaos if it means that she’s helping out by being a good big sister. She’s always the first one to give a smile and make sure that everyone is okay – she’s my sister.

My sister is one of the most loving and caring people that I know, even if she is a frustratingly cranky teenager at the moment. She’s such a big help around the house, and I love her goofy side. She’s a great sister.
