Between being super productive with my parents today while the kids were at school, to writing more in my novel, and a whole lot in between, my day has been really great! I thought it would be difficult getting back to routine now that Spring Break is over, but the day went surprisingly well.
That's right, we watched the last two episodes of "Fuller House" today! Of course, we were dying afterwards, wishing that there were more. We had so many episodes of "Full House" to watch over the past few months that a list of just thirteen episodes of the new series went by extremely quickly. Still, I absolutely loved this new show and can't wait for the second season to be added to Netflix. It was the perfect mix of nostalgia and new present-day references.
As I mentioned, I also wrote a little more in my book. I didn't have quite as much time to write today, but what time I did have was productive. I also spent some time working on my social media presence, sharing links to my other accounts, sharing pictures, interacting with people... it was great! What was even better though, was when I saw my Twitter follower count rise a bit. One of my new followers was actually a singer! Alright, so do you watch "The Voice" on NBC? A while ago, a singer (she already has a CD out and everything) auditioned for the show. She just wanted to have a bigger audience to share her work with, I guess, even though she seemed to be already doing well. As it turns out, this singer, Aijia, is actually married to one of my absolute favorite singers, Andy Grammer! So when Aijia followed me on Twitter today, I was freaking out. It was so cool! I now have a singer (Aijia), a best-selling author (Meg Cabot), a Broadway actor (Tyce Green), a overall celebrity (Rosie O'Donnell), other authors, and more following me. I may not have thousands of followers, but the followers that I do have are incredible! Now I look forward to getting more of my writing out there and producing work that will show the world I'm someone to watch!
