It's a few weeks after Christmas, and I've been anxiously awaiting the day that we could start planning our day trip to Disney. Well, today was finally that day!
We had been discussing which park we actually wanted to go to, because even though I assumed that everyone would want to go to Magic Kingdom, I just wasn't sure. We pulled up the Disney website and looked through the lists of attractions at each park, as well as what entertainment was available, and we decided that there was enough at Magic Kingdom that we didn't get to experience last time that we would go there again.
As much as I absolutely love working at Disney, it makes me wish that I could spend my other days just strolling around the parks. Somehow I feel as though I have an even bigger passion for Disney now than I did before I got the job, which I didn't know was possible.
It seems like there is always something new to experience at the Disney parks, and I hope to eventually work my way around to each of the parks in order to experience absolutely everything. Well, not everything, because I don't do roller coasters, but everything else!
I can't wait to head back to Magic Kingdom and enjoy a day at the park with my family... It's difficult being so close to Disney, going to work there half of the week, and not being able to experience the joy of actually being a Guest there. I need some time to experience the Magic for myself! I think I know what I'll be dreaming about tonight... Less than a month until we go; I can't wait!
Thank you so much for your continued support! I look forward to sharing more stories about my experience with foster care, and hopefully hearing from readers who have questions or similar stories to share. I'm always willing to answer questions and hear about other experiences! Please don't forget to like and share my Facebook author page as well!
