Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah!
After my dad passed out Hanukkah gifts to all of us, my mom passed out the traditional new Christmas Eve pajamas. When my siblings and I stood together to take a photo in the new PJs, my brother was thrilled to see that he was, in fact, finally taller than me (as if that's some big accomplishment... I'm only 5' tall!), which made him really proud.
Unfortunately, my brother was too tired to stay up and help with the Elf work last night, so my mom and I took care of everything as usual. It was well worth the hard work when the kids all woke up this morning and saw everything out by the tree. The squeals of delight made us all smile.
I hope that everyone had a good Christmas and/or enjoys the rest of Hanukkah, depending on what you celebrate... Happy holidays!
